ZUTOMAYO將於2026年6月6日重返香港，於亞洲國際博覽館10號展館演出！這是他們的第二次來港演出，將帶來全新主題「ZOMBIE CRAB LABO」，再度與香港歌迷相見，為大家呈現一場創意十足、充滿震撼的音樂盛宴。

ZUTOMAYO returns to Hong Kong on June 6, 2026 at AsiaWorld-Expo Hall 10! This marks their second concert in Hong Kong, where they will present their new “ZOMBIE CRAB LABO” tour. This reunion with Hong Kong fans will surely be an incredibly creative and electrifying musical feast.

Since their last show in Hong Kong, ZUTOMAYO has not only continued to push boundaries musically but also proved themselves as one of the most exciting, unmissable live acts from Japan. Earlier in 2025, they delivered an exceptionally creative performance at Expo 2025 Osaka - a true audiovisual experience demonstrating their limitless potential for cross-genre collaborations and innovative musical expression.

This show will strictly enforce the use of dynamic QR codes for entry. Please read the notes carefully before the show date.

1. 購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式
   Make sure to download the KKTIX App from App Store／Google Play before the show date.

2. 請勿將 QR Code 截圖或打印 - 現場只接受 KKTIX 應用程式內的動態 QR Code 進場。門票上的動態 QR Code 將會顯示倒數時間，並定時更新，手持任何 QR Code 螢幕截圖或列印本均無法有效入場
   DON’T SCREENSHOOT / PRINT OUT THE QR CODE - The dynamic QR code on the ticket will display a countdown timer and will be updated regularly. Any screenshots or printed copies of this QR code will not be accepted for entry.

3. 此活動的電子門票轉讓功能將於 2026年6月5日 凌晨12時起提供。請預先進行轉讓，避免現場可能出現的網絡擠塞。如與購票者同行則可使用同一裝置出示多張門票進場。
   Ticket transfer for this event will be made available from 5 June 2026, 12:00 AM. If you’d like to transfer tickets to friends or family, make sure to complete the transfer in the KKTIX App before the show date to avoid possible network congestion at the venue. If you’re attending with the ticket holder, you can use the same device to present multiple tickets for entry.

 

場地公告 Venue Notice

入場安排 - 企位觀眾

• 場館鼓勵觀眾盡量避免攜帶手提袋/背包入場。
• 所有企位觀眾須佩戴保安檢測手帶，以助場館監察人流及應對緊急情況（如適用）。
• 如需再次進場，請向保安人員出示入場證明、當天演唱會門票正本和手帶，以茲識別。觀眾必須同時持有所提及的證明方可再次入場。亞洲國際博覽館有權增刪及更換該權利。
• 企位區域之觀眾須依照列印於門票上及確認電郵內的序號依次序進場，而有關序號由系統於每個交易完成後自動編配。

  企位等候區將於演唱會開場前4小時開放（實際時間根據現場情況而定），持企位門票的觀眾須在等候區內之指定票區，依其門票上之序號順序排隊。
  演唱會開場前2小時（實際時間根據現場情況而定），企位等候區之觀眾可開始順序進入演唱場館。
  當企位等候區之觀眾開始進場，其後到達之觀眾的門票序號將會作廢。此等觀眾並須待所有企位等候區的觀眾進場後方可進場。

於亞博館範圍內使用輪椅及電動輪椅時，須符合以下規定：

• 輪椅座位門票只適用於須依賴輪椅移動的人士及其看顧人使用。每位輪椅人士在購買輪椅座位門票時，可同時購買一張看顧人門票。入場時如亞博館管理有限公司工作人員要求查證，持有輪椅座位門票的人士必須出示行動不便的證明*。任何非輪椅使用者或非陪同輪椅使用者的任何人士持輪椅座位門票或看顧人門票入場，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司有權拒絕該人士及其同行者入場，並且不會安排退款。如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構保留最終決定權。
  *行動不便的證明指「殘疾人士登記證」（肢體傷殘類別）或其他有效的醫生證明文件以顯示行動不便。
  
• 若持票人士所持門票之相應座位未能符合持票人士對個別座位需求或進出需求，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及活動主辦機構有權拒絕持票人進入場地並且不會作出任何退款。
• 持票的輪椅人士若需要場館職員協助入座，請在節目前致電亞洲國際博覽館（+852-3606 8000）以便預先安排。亦請輪椅人士提早到達演出場地，以便場館職員安排順利入座。

亞洲國際博覽館 重要啟示

• 表演場內不准進行任何形式的攝影、錄影及錄音。觀眾進入場館前，須接受手提袋/背包檢查。38 X 30 X 20 厘米（15 X 12 X 8吋）以上物品、所有專業相機、攝錄及錄音器材及矮凳/可折疊式座椅均禁止帶進表演場內。不准攜帶長傘進入演唱會。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於行李寄存服務櫃位或地下的自助儲物箱。
• 活動門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。任何損毀、污損、經過塗改、殘缺不全或複印之門票，一概將不受理。
• 所有門票均不設退款或作任何轉讓。每票只限一人，並須按照主辦機構設定的觀眾年齡限制。任何情況下，遺失的企位或不設劃位門票均不獲補發。
• 基於安全理由，場館範圍內不准攜帶「自拍桿」。
• 企位觀眾年齡限制：只限12歲或以上及身高140cm或以上。
• 亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁吸煙。
• 不准攜帶外來食品及飲品進入亞洲國際博覽館。
• 嚴禁攜帶玻璃樽、任何比空氣輕的充氣物體，不論其物料（如：氣球）、任何危險品、武器、噴霧類或利器等物品進入表演場內。
• 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁攜帶及使用違禁藥物。
• 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁售賣或派發未獲授權的商品或其他物品。
• 不准於樓梯及公眾走廊停留。
• 嚴禁攜帶及發放煙花、煙火、或使用激光儀器。
• 不准攜帶及使用任何遙控飛行設備或玩具（如：模型直升機、無人駕駛飛機）。
• 演出可能會有強光、閃光或煙霧效果，如觀眾感到不適或需要協助，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員。
• 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用或轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業用途，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構將保留取消該門票之決定權。
• 遲到者或被安排於適當時候方可進場，惟不能保證遲到者之進場權利。
• 除獲亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司所發出之書面同意的導盲犬外，所有人士均不得攜帶任何動物進入場館。
• 持票人士使用門票時將被視為同意遵守及接受亞洲國際博覽館、主辦機構及其官方票務之可適用條款及細則。各項條款及細則將不時修改而不作另行通知。如有干擾活動進行之行為，主辦方有權請其離場。 
• 亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司作為場地提供者不能保證參加者的視野在活動中完全不受任何阻礙。
• 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。 
• 如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構保留最終決定權。
• 如中、英文版本啟示有任何牴觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。

 

Admission Arrangement - Standing Zone

• Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. 
• All audiences are required to wear a security wristband for crowd control and contingency management (if applicable).
• For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket and the security wristband. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.
• The order of admission to the Standing Zone is based on the designated queuing number as printed on the admission ticket and the confirmation email. The queuing number is automatically generated by the ticketing system after each successful transaction.
  
  [Details:
  Holding Area for the Standing Zone ticket holders opens 4 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation. Standing Zone ticket holders should queue up at the Holding Area according to both the ZONE/SECTION and the sequence of queuing number as printed on the admission ticket.
  Standing Zone ticket holders can enter to the event hall 2 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation, according to the queuing number.
  The queuing number printed on the ticket will no longer be valid once the admission to event hall commences. Standing Zone ticket holders who arrive after the commencement of admission would be required to enter the event hall after all the tickets holders within the Holding Area have been admitted.
  The arrangement above will be subject to change based on the actual situation. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Ltd. reserves the right to amend the arrangement without prior notice.]

The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

• Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission.  AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  * Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse entry if the ticket purchased is not fitted for the ticket holder’s specific seating requirements or accessibility needs, and there shall be no refund whatsoever.
• Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8000) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.

AsiaWorld-Expo Important Notice

• Any form of photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
• All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
• All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser.  Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
• For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Age limit for Standing zone: 12 or above and Height limit: 140 cm or above.
• Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
• Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
• Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
• No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
• Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
• Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
• No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
• The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same. If anyone interferes with the event, the organizer reserves the right to ask them to leave the venue.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
• The event organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary. 
• If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

1. 本活動採用動態 QR Code 電子門票。成功購買門票後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX 應用程式查看到電子門票 QR Code。購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式。
   Dynamic QR code e-ticket will be issued for this event. E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App upon successful purchase. Ticket holders are required to download the KKTIX App before the event on the App Store / Google Play.
2. 門票限以 KKTIX 會員購買。請購票人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行購票流程。接收不到電話驗證碼短訊怎麼辦？請點我。
   To purchase tickets, you must become a KKTIX member. Please sign up as a member for free and verify your email address and phone number at your earliest convenience. Unable to receive the phone number verification code? Please read me.
3. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您在註冊會員或結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用 Yahoo 或 Hotmail 郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到「訂單成立通知信」。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. To avoid the failure of receiving the order confirmation email, KKTIX does NOT suggest using Yahoo or Hotmail email for registration.
4. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
   The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
5. 訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
   No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
6. 每張門票需要收取 HK$12 KKTIX 平台服務費。所有已繳付的平台服務費 (或任何手續費) 於任何情況下均不獲退還。
   KKTIX booking fee of HK$12 will be charged for each ticket. All booking fees (or any other handling fees) charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7. 本活動只接受 VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay 信用卡付款。
   This event only accepts VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay credit cards.
8. 此活動為全場企位：企位區門票設有排隊序號，請根據現場工作人員安排入場。
   This is an all standing event. Queuing number will be allocated to each ticket for standing zones, please follow the admission arrangement as instructed by venue staff. 
9. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again.    To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. 3. 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
   No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.

   Ticket holders are required to present their e-ticket in the KKTIX App for entry. Mobile devices should be connected to the internet prior to the admission for accessing the ticket in the app.
9. 請勿將電子門票 QR Code 截圖。動態 QR Code 將定時不斷更新，任何螢幕截圖或列印本 QR Code 均無效。
   Do not take a screenshot of the QR code on the e-ticket. The dynamic QR code will be updating regularly, and any screenshot or printout of the QR code will not be valid for entry.
10. 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，KKTIX 保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。
    If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, KKTIX reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction.
11. 請持票觀眾務必遵守主辦方及場館的各項規定。如有干擾活動進行之行為，主辦方有權請其離場。
    You must follow all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, the organizer reserves the right to ask them to leave the venue.
12. 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。
    The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
13. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位及 KKTIX 保留一切最終決定權。
    In case of any disputes, the decisions of the organizer and KKTIX shall be final.
