The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.

An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.

To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. - 企位區觀眾必須年滿 12 歲或以上及身高須達到 140 厘米或以上。12歲或以下的觀眾必須由成人陪同，每票只限一人。一人一票、憑票入場。
Standing zone audience must be at the age of 12 or above and with a body height of 140cm or above. Audience under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult. Each ticket admits one person only.

The tickets for this event are bearer tickets. Please do not publicize the QR Code on your ticket to avoid any unauthorized admission.

If any unusual transactions, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. -
場館鼓勵觀眾盡量避免攜帶手提袋/背包入場。沒有手提袋/背包的觀眾，可經特快通道進入場館 (如適用)。
Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks (if applicable). -

For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission e-ticket to our admission staff. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time. -
企位等候區將於演唱會開場前4小時開放 (實際時間根據現場情況而定)，持企位門票的觀眾須在等候區內之指定票區，依其門票上之序號順序排隊。演唱會開場前2小時 (實際時間根據現場情況而定)，企位等候區之觀眾可開始順序進入演唱場館。當企位等候區之觀眾開始進場，其後到達之觀眾的門票序號將會作廢。此等觀眾並須待所有企位等候區的觀眾進場後方可進場。以上措施可能按現場實際情況而有所變更，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司保留修改入場安排的權利而不作另行通知。
Holding Area for the Standing Zone ticket holders opens 4 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation. Standing Zone ticket holders should queue up at the Holding Area according to both the ZONE/SECTION and the sequence of queuing number as printed on the admission ticket. Standing Zone ticket holders can enter to the event hall 2 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation, according to the queuing number. The queuing number printed on the ticket will no longer be valid once the admission to event hall commences. Standing Zone ticket holders who arrive after the commencement of admission would be required to enter the event hall after all the tickets holders within the Holding Area have been admitted. The arrangement above will be subject to change based on the actual situation. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Ltd. reserves the right to amend the arrangement without prior notice. -

Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission. AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
*行動不便的證明指「殘疾人士登記證」(肢體傷殘類別) 或其他有效的醫生證明文件以顯示行動不便。
*Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.

Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8888) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.

表演場內不准進行未獲授權的攝影、錄影及錄音。觀眾進入場館前，須接受手提袋/背包檢查。38 X 30 X 20 厘米 (15 X 12 X 8吋) 以上物品、所有專業相機、攝錄及錄音器材及矮凳/可折疊式座椅均禁止帶進表演場內。不准攜帶長傘進入演唱會。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於行李寄存服務櫃位或地下的自助儲物箱。
Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level. -
活動期間嚴禁使用閃光燈攝影、錄影、錄音或直播。如經查獲，現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動的影音資料。
No flash photography, videotaping, audio recording or live streaming is allowed. If found, the staff has the right to delete the audio and video materials of the event immediately. -

The act of taking photographs or recording videos within the venue during the event may cause disruptions to the ongoing performance. Therefore, we kindly request that all attendees refrain from engaging in such activities during the show. Our aim is to ensure that every audience member can fully immerse themselves in the complete performance experience. We will be providing official photographs and videos, either taken by authorized personnel or granted permission, for the purpose of audience sharing. -

No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones). -

Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed. -
嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用或轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業用途，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構將保留取消該門票之決定權。
No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association. -
遲到者或被安排於適當時候方可進場，惟不能保證遲到者之進場權利。
Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness. -
除獲亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司所發出之書面同意的導盲犬外，所有人士均不得攜帶任何動物進入場館。
No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited. -

The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same. -
