※ 在 KKTIX 進行此會員優先購票登記前，必須登記成為 KKTIX 會員，並通過手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證。

※ This ballot requires real-name registration; the full name and identification document number of all attendees must be provided. Please refer to the “Real-Name Registration Notice” on this page for the types of documents allowed. If multiple registrations for the same event is being submitted for the same audience, the audience will be disqualified for the ballot. KKTIX reserves the right to cancel all ballot registrations for that audience without prior notice.

※ Each KKTIX account is allowed to register once only and can register for up to 2 tickets per show. A maximum of 2 tickets can be registered per order.

※ All modifications, cancellations or resubmission must be completed before the ballot registration deadline. Once the deadline has passed, the final data recorded in the system will be considered definitive. The Organizer and KKTIX shall not be held responsible if a winning entry is invalidated due to incorrect information.

※ Once the ballot registration deadline has passed, no cancellations or modifications will be accepted, including all ticket quantities, types, or prices, or requests for merging registration orders. Please ensure that the ballot registration is correct before submitting.

※ Successful registrants will be assigned seats via a computer random draw based on the registered orders. Seats cannot be selected or changed by the registrant.

※ KKTIX will notify successful applicants via email in stages on the day. Successful applicants should log in to their KKTIX web account and check the “Orders” section to confirm. Successful orders will be displayed as “Pending Payment Orders”; unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.

※ You must wait for the payment gateway to confirm the payment status. Please avoid making payments too close to the deadline.

實名購票須知 Real-name Registration Notice

1. 購買門票前請先詳細閱讀此實名購票須知。一旦成功購票，即代表您接受須知上列出的所有條款及細則。
   Please read this real-name registration notice carefully. You agree to all terms and conditions if you complete your order.
    
2. 此活動使用實名制。購買每張門票均須獨立輸入與入場人士之身份證明文件或護照所顯示完全相同的英文全名（須按照下列格式規定）、以及符合要求的身份證明文件或護照號碼首4位字母或數字（範例：A123），以便入場時供主辦單位核實觀眾身份。
   This event requires real-name registration. Each ticket requires the full name shown exactly on the identity document or passport of the attendee (Must fulfill the below listed format requirements) and the first 4 characters or digits of the eligible identity document or passport number (e.g. A123), as to facilitate the identity checking conducted by the organizer at entry.
   
   姓名 - 必須符合下列輸入格式規定：
   1. 只限輸入英文全名（拉丁字母）（其他文字恕不接受，如：中文）
   2. 姓氏先行，然後輸入其他名字
   3. 名字之間須以空格隔開
   （範例：CHAN TAI MAN）
   
   Name - Must fulfill the below input format requirements:
   1. English full name (or latin characters) only (Other characters are not accepted, such as - Chinese characters)
   2. Input Surname first, then followed by other names
   3. Insert a space between each name

   身份證明文件 - 必須符合下列證件要求：
   1. 港澳參加者限填寫「身份證」，內地參加者限填寫「來往港澳通行證」，海外人士參加者僅限填寫「護照」。以下類別證件將不獲接受：任何學生證、沒有照片之駕駛執照、信用卡、會員卡等。
   2. 輸入格式規定：上述有效身份證明文件號碼的首4位字母或數字（範例：A123）。
   
   Identity document - Must fulfill the below requirements:
   1. HK / Macau participants must use their ID card, Mainland China participants must use their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, and Overseas participants must use their Passport. The following documents will not be accepted: Any student card, driving licence without photo, credit card, membership card, etc.
   2. Input format requirement: the first 4 characters or digits of the listed eligible identity document number (e.g. A123).
    
3. 如門票上的姓名或證件號碼跟身份證明文件不符，工作人員將拒絕持票人進場。
   If the name or identity number on the ticket is unmatched with the identity document of the ticket holder, they will be rejected for entry.
    
4. 請於購票前準備好所有入場觀眾的身份證明資料，並必須重複確認輸入正確。購票完成後登記資料不論任何原因均不設任何更改。如觀眾因任何登記資料輸入錯誤而被工作人員拒絕入場，所有門票均不設退款。
   Please have the identity information of all attendees ready before purchasing. All information must be entered correctly and confirmed without any error. Registration information cannot be modified under any circumstances once the order is complete. If audience is rejected for entry due to any incorrect registration information, their tickets cannot be refunded.
   
   
5. 若有冒用他人資料登記者，主辦單位及KKTIX有權取消該登記訂單和抽選資格。請注意個人資料保護，請勿洩露給他人或代購業者，以免權益受損。
   If any person registers using another person's information without authorization, the organizers and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel that registration order and lottery eligibility. Please protect your personal information and do not disclose it to others or to ticket purchasing agents to avoid loss of your rights.

 

入場實名驗證 Entry Real-Name Verification

1. 港澳及內地參加者入場時請攜帶可證明本人之身份證件正本（港澳參加者僅限身份證、內地參加者僅限來往港澳通行證），且證件上需有可辨識為本人之照片，與電子票券上姓名及證件號碼核對皆正確後方可入場。港澳及內地參加者除身份證件姓名包含特殊字體無法在系統輸入者可接受護照核對姓名及身份證字號外，其餘港澳及內地參加者不得使用護照核對入場。
   Participants from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China must bring the original copy of their valid identification document (ID card for Hong Kong / Macau participants; Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau for Mainland China participants) that can prove their identity, with a recognizable photo of themselves. Entry will only be granted after the name and ID number on the e-ticket are verified to match the document. Passports will not be accepted for entry verification for Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China participants, with the sole exception of individuals whose names contain special characters that cannot be entered into the system; in such cases, a passport may be used to verify the name along with their ID number.
   
   
2. 海外人士參加者入場時請攜帶可證明本人之身份證件正本（僅限護照），且證件上需有可辨識為本人之照片，與電子票券上姓名及證件號碼核對皆正確後方可入場。海外人士參加者入場核對護照資料，僅限核對與登記抽選資料相同之護照正本，恕不接受因護照更換等理由使用新護照核對入場。
   Overseas participants must bring the original copy of their valid identification document (passport only) that can prove their identity, with a recognizable photo of themselves. Entry will only be granted after the name and passport number on the e-ticket are verified to match the document. For entry verification, overseas participants will only be checked against the same passport original used for lottery registration. Verification using a new passport due to passport renewal or other reasons will not be accepted.
   
   
3. 若經現場工作人員判定證件上照片與本人長相落差太大，則可能會有不能入場的狀況發生，建議攜帶有近期照片之證件。未攜帶「實體」身份證件恕無法入場。不接受出示任何影本、截圖、亦或是網路銀行登入畫面、學生證等其他非主辦規定之證件。若參加者無法出示證件正本，將視為放棄入場權益，不得退款或變更。
   If on-site staff determine that the photo on the identification document does not closely resemble the participant's appearance, entry may be denied. It is recommended to bring an ID document with a recent photo. Participants without a physical original ID document will not be admitted. Copies, screenshots, or any other documents not specified by the organizers will not be accepted. If a participant cannot present the original ID document, they will be considered to have forfeited their right of entry, and no refund or change will be permitted.
   
   
4. 若參加者本人在演出入場驗票時，無法出示證件正本，或電子票券上的「證件姓名」、「證件號碼」與出示的證件不符，皆視為放棄入場權益，不得要求退款、變更或轉讓給他人。
   If, during ticket verification at the event, a participant cannot present the original ID document, or if the "ID Name" and "ID Number" on the e-ticket do not match the presented ID document, they will be considered to have forfeited their right of entry. No refund, change, or transfer to another person will be allowed.
   
   
5. 參加者姓名包含生僻字、特殊字而無法於電子票券上顯示或是出現問號，可由現場工作人員判斷，確認無誤後即可入場。
   If a participant's name contains rare or special characters, making it impossible to show on the e-ticket or causing question marks to appear, on-site staff will use their discretion and allow entry after confirmation.
   
   
6. 演唱會票券為個人使用，實名制票券不得轉讓第三方人士。
   Concert tickets are for personal use only. Real-name tickets may not be transferred to third parties.

 

動態QR Code須知 Dynamic QR Code Notice

1. 此活動須使用動態 QR Code 入場。
   Dynamic QR code is required for the admission of this event.
    
2. 購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式，入場時使用應用程式出示動態QR Code。
   Ticket holders are required to download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play and present the dynamic QR code in the app for entry.
    
3. 請勿將電子門票 QR Code 截圖。動態 QR Code 將定時不斷更新，任何螢幕截圖或列印本 QR Code 均無法有效入場。
   Do not take a screenshot of the QR code on the e-ticket. The dynamic QR code will be updating regularly, and any screenshot or printout of the QR code will not be valid for entry.
   
   
4. 電子門票轉讓僅限轉讓予已提供實名資料及購買活動門票之觀眾，以便入場，並非轉售。進行轉讓時，入場觀眾的身份證明資料不得更改。
   2026年8月14日場次的電子門票轉讓功能，會由2026年8月7日上午11時起開放；
   2026年8月15日場次的電子門票轉讓功能，會由2026年8月8日上午11時起開放。
   Transfer of electronic tickets is limited to attendees that have already provided real-name registration information and purchased event tickets; it is for entry purposes only and is not a resale. When making a transfer, the identity information of the attendee must not be changed.
   Ticket transfer for the performance on 14 August, 2026 will be made available from 11:00 am on August 7, 2026.
   Ticket transfer for the performance on 15 August, 2026 will be made available from 11:00 am on August 8, 2026.

 

場地公告 Venue Notice

入場安排 - 座位觀眾

• 場館鼓勵觀眾盡量避免攜帶手提袋/背包入場。沒有手提袋/背包的觀眾，可經特快通道進入場館（如適用）。
• 所有觀眾進場前，須進行金屬探測器的安檢程序（如適用）。
• 如需再次進場，請向保安人員出示入場證明和當天演唱會門票正本，以茲識別。觀眾必須同時持有所提及的證明方可再次入場。亞洲國際博覽館有權增刪及更換該權利。

於亞博館範圍內使用輪椅及電動輪椅時，須符合以下規定：

• 輪椅座位門票只適用於須依賴輪椅移動的人士及其看顧人使用。每位輪椅人士在購買輪椅座位門票時，可同時購買一張看顧人門票。入場時如亞博館管理有限公司工作人員要求查證，持有輪椅座位門票的人士必須出示行動不便的證明*。任何非輪椅使用者或非陪同輪椅使用者的任何人士持輪椅座位門票或看顧人門票入場，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司有權拒絕該人士及其同行者入場，並且不會安排退款。如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構保留最終決定權。
  *行動不便的證明指「殘疾人士登記證」（肢體傷殘類別）或其他有效的醫生證明文件以顯示行動不便。
  
• 若持票人士所持門票之相應座位未能符合持票人士對個別座位需求或進出需求，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及活動主辦機構有權拒絕持票人進入場地並且不會作出任何退款。
• 持票的輪椅人士若需要場館職員協助入座，請在節目前致電亞洲國際博覽館（+852-3606 8000）以便預先安排。亦請輪椅人士提早到達演出場地，以便場館職員安排順利入座。

亞洲國際博覽館 重要啟示

• 表演場內不准進行未獲授權的攝影、錄影及錄音。觀眾進入場館前，須接受手提袋/背包檢查。38 X 30 X 20 厘米（15 X 12 X 8吋）以上物品、所有專業相機、攝錄及錄音器材及矮凳/可折疊式座椅均禁止帶進表演場內。不准攜帶長傘進入演唱會。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於行李寄存服務櫃位或地下的自助儲物箱。
• 活動門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。任何損毀、污損、經過塗改、殘缺不全或複印之門票，一概將不受理。
• 所有門票均不設退款或作任何轉讓。每票只限一人，並須按照主辦機構設定的觀眾年齡限制。任何情況下，遺失的企位或不設劃位門票均不獲補發。
• 基於安全理由，場館範圍內不准攜帶「自拍桿」。
• 座位觀眾年齡限制：只限3歲或以上。
• 亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁吸煙。
• 不准攜帶外來食品及飲品進入亞洲國際博覽館。
• 嚴禁攜帶玻璃樽、任何比空氣輕的充氣物體，不論其物料（如：氣球）、任何危險品、武器、噴霧類或利器等物品進入表演場內。
• 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁攜帶及使用違禁藥物。
• 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁售賣或派發未獲授權的商品或其他物品。
• 不准站於座椅上。
• 不准於樓梯及公眾走廊停留。
• 嚴禁攜帶及發放煙花、煙火、或使用激光儀器。
• 不准攜帶及使用任何遙控飛行設備或玩具（如：模型直升機、無人駕駛飛機）。
• 演出可能會有強光、閃光或煙霧效果，如觀眾感到不適或需要協助，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員。
• 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用或轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業用途，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構將保留取消該門票之決定權。
• 遲到者或被安排於適當時候方可進場，惟不能保證遲到者之進場權利。
• 除獲亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司所發出之書面同意的導盲犬外，所有人士均不得攜帶任何動物進入場館。
• 持票人士使用門票時將被視為同意遵守及接受亞洲國際博覽館、主辦機構及其官方票務之可適用條款及細則。各項條款及細則將不時修改而不作另行通知。
• 亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司作為場地提供者不能保證參加者的視野在活動中完全不受任何阻礙。
• 如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構保留最終決定權。
• 如中、英文版本啟示有任何牴觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。

 

Admission Arrangement - Seating Zone

• Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks (if applicable).
• All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).
• For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket to our admission staff. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.

The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

• Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission.  AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  * Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse entry if the ticket purchased is not fitted for the ticket holder’s specific seating requirements or accessibility needs, and there shall be no refund whatsoever.
• Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8000) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.

AsiaWorld-Expo Important Notice

• Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
• All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
• All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser.  Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
• For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Age limit for Seated zone: 3 or above.
• Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
• Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No standing on chairs.
• No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
• Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
• No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
• Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
• Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
• No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
• The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
• If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

 

購票方式說明 How To Buy Tickets

1. 本活動採用動態 QR Code 電子門票。成功購買門票後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX 應用程式查看到電子門票 QR Code。購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式，入場時使用應用程式出示動態 QR Code。
   Dynamic QR code e-ticket will be issued for this event. E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App upon successful purchase. Ticket holders are required to download the KKTIX App on the App Store / Google Play and present the dynamic QR code in the app for entry.
2. 門票限以 KKTIX 會員購買。請購票人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行購票流程。接收不到電話驗證碼短訊怎麼辦？請點我。
   To purchase tickets, you must become a KKTIX member. Please sign up as a member for free and verify your email address and phone number at your earliest convenience. Unable to receive the phone number verification code? Please read me.
3. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
   The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
4. 每位 KKTIX 會員及每張信用卡最多可購買 2 張門票。訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
   Each KKTIX member and each payment card can purchase up to 2 tickets. No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
5. 每張門票需要收取 HK$12 KKTIX 平台服務費。所有已繳付的服務費或任何手續費於任何情況下均不獲退還。
   KKTIX booking fee of HK$12 will be charged for each ticket. All booking fees or any handling fees charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. 本活動只接受 VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay 信用卡付款。
   This event only accepts VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay credit cards.
7. 活動為全場座位：僅提供「電腦配位」，系統將自動配以選擇票價的最合適區域及相連座位。若當下已無相連座位，系統會分配符合選擇張數的不相連座位。
   This is a seated event. The system will follow the preset logic to scan from the default preferred seat to select appropriate location of the available seats matching the required quantity from customers for their consideration. If no adjacent seats are available at the moment, the system will provide separate seats matching the selected quantity. 
8. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.
9. KKTIX 系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可購買的門票。
   KKTIX will release the tickets accordingly from the uncompleted orders by customers who do not finish the payment within the time limit. Customers can check the availability of tickets by visiting our website.

1. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意所有活動注意事項。
   Please pay attention to all terms and conditions. You agree to all terms and conditions if you complete your order.
2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之渠道、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。
   To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
3. 觀眾年齡限制：只限3歲或以上。
   Age limit for audience: 3 or above.
4. 每人限用一個身分證明文件號碼並持一張門票驗票入場。不應重複為同一人士購票。如有多張門票填入相同觀眾資料，只能擇一票券進場。
   Each ticket admits one person with one identity document number only. No duplicate tickets should be purchased for the same person. If there are multiple tickets with the information of the same attendee, only one ticket is allowed to be used for admission.
5. 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
   No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.
6. 請勿將訂單資料或 QR Code 任意公開或將門票轉讓至第三方。
   Please do not publicize your order details or the QR Code, or transfer the ticket to any third party.
7. 此活動實行實名購票和入場制度，觀眾入場時需要提供身份證明文件以核實身份。門票登記資料不設任何更改，購票時須檢查清楚登記資料；如購票後無法出席，請閣下承擔相關風險。 如門票上的姓名跟身份證明文件不符，工作人員將拒絕持票人進場。
   Real-name ticket purchase and admission will be implemented for this event. Registration information on the ticket cannot be modified, please check the submitted information clearly upon ticket purchase; you may need to bear the relevant risks if you cannot attend the event after ticket purchase. Audiences will need to present their identity documents for verification when entering. If the name on the ticket does not match the identity document, entry of the ticketholder will be refused.
8. 身分證明文件件須為政府發出有照片之有效證件正本，且證件照片須可辨識為持證者本人。必須出示實體證件正本，不接受任何截圖或照片。
   Identity document must be valid, issued by government and with a personal photo. The photo must clearly identify the holder. Only the actual and physical identity document will be accepted; screenshots or photos are not permitted.
9. 只限3歲或以上觀眾入場，不論年齡，一人一票、憑票入場。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管好購買之門票。
   Only audience members age limit for audience: 3 or above are permitted to enter. Each ticket admits one person only regardless of age. No reissue of any ticket lost or damaged. Please keep your ticket safe.
10. 持票者須使用 KKTIX 應用程式出示門票入場。入場前請確保手提電話已連接網絡，以便開啟應用程式內的門票。
    Ticket holders are required to present their e-ticket in the KKTIX App for entry. Mobile devices should be connected to the internet prior to the admission for accessing the ticket in the app.
11. 請勿將電子門票 QR Code 截圖。動態 QR Code 將定時不斷更新，任何螢幕截圖或列印本 QR Code 均無效。
    Do not take a screenshot of the QR code on the e-ticket. The dynamic QR code will be updating regularly, and any screenshot or printout of the QR code will not be valid for entry.
12. 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，KKTIX 保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。
    If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, KKTIX reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction.
13. 持票者必須遵守主辦單位及場館的所有規定。如有干擾活動進行之行為，可被拒進場並不獲退款。
    Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, they could be rejected for entry without a refund.
14. 相關規定以主辦單位（EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK、Neon Lit Music）官方SNS、BanG Dream! 官方SNS及現場公告為主，主辦單位保留活動解釋、修改、終止相關內容之權力。
    The relevant regulations are subject to the official social media accounts of the organisers (EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music), the official SNS channels of BanG Dream!, and on‑site announcements. The organisers reserve the right to add additional shows, modify, terminate, or change the content of this event.
15. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位及 KKTIX 保留一切最終決定權。
    In case of any disputes, the decisions of the organizer and KKTIX shall be final.
