MyGO!!!!! 是由五位決心即使身處迷惘，仍要繼續向前邁進的成員組成的女子樂隊。
即使心中懷抱著難以認同的情感，以及始終找不到答案的煩惱，她們依然選擇將一切承載於心，踏上舞台，繼續前行。樂隊以旋律硬核（Melocore）為核心，融合詩歌朗誦元素，打造出獨具特色的龐克搖滾風格，以充滿情感張力的樂曲觸動聽眾的內心。

A girls' band formed by five members who have chosen to keep moving forward, even amid uncertainty.
Embracing feelings they cannot fully come to terms with and struggles for which they have yet to find answers, they take to the stage carrying it all with them, and continue moving forward. Blending melodic hardcore with elements of poetry reading, the band delivers a distinctive punk rock sound, creating emotionally charged music that resonates deeply with listeners.

登記流程 Registration Process：

1. 進行抽選登記前，須先登記成為 KKTIX 會員，並通過手機號碼及電郵地址驗證。
   Sign up as a KKTIX member and verify your email address and phone number before registration.
   
   
2. 本活動採取實名制登記，將依據登記訂單進行抽選。每個會員帳戶只可遞交一次抽選登記，每次最多可登記兩張門票（不可分次登記）。每個身份證明文件號碼只限登記一次，不可重複登記，請勿向他人洩露個人資料。身份證明文件須為政府發出、有個人照片及有獨有證件編號之有效身份證明文件（例如：身份證、護照、來往港澳通行證）。以下類別證件將不獲接受：任何學生證、沒有照片之駕駛執照、信用卡、會員卡等。
   This event adopts a real-name registration system. Lottery draws will be conducted based on registered orders. Each member account may submit the lottery registration only once, and each registration may include a maximum of two tickets (registration cannot be split). Each identification document number may be registered only once and cannot be registered repeatedly. Please do not disclose your personal information to others.The identification document must be a valid identity document issued by the government, containing a personal photo and a unique document number (e.g., identity card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau). The following types of documents will not be accepted: any student ID, driver’s license without a photo, credit cards, membership cards, etc.
   
   
3. 電子票券將帶入參加者的「證件姓名」及「證件號碼」，港澳參加者限填「身份證」；居住內地參加者限填「來往港澳通行證」；居住海外參加者限填「護照」。登記時請務必確認每位參加者資料填寫正確，若資料填寫不符以上規定，視同放棄登記抽選。如有觀眾重複登記，該名觀眾將被取消抽選資格。主辦單位及 KKTIX 將保留取消該名觀眾所有抽選登記之權利而不作另行通知。
   When the system prints tickets, the participant's "ID Name" and "ID Number" will be printed on the ticket. HK / Macau participants must use their ID card, Mainland China participants must use their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, and Overseas participants must use their Passport. Please ensure that each participant's information is entered correctly at the time of registration. If the information provided does not comply with the above requirements, it will be considered a forfeiture of the registration lottery. If multiple registrations for the same event is being submitted for the same audience, the audience will be disqualified for the ballot. The organizer and KKTIX reserves the right to cancel all ballot registrations for that audience without prior notice.
   
   
4. 每張門票均須獨立輸入與入場人士之身份證明文件或護照所顯示完全相同的英文全名（須按照下列格式規定）、以及符合要求的身份證明文件或護照號碼首4位字母或數字（範例：A123），以便主辦單位於入場時按需要核實實名資料。
   This event requires real-name registration. Each ticket requires the full name shown exactly on the identity document or passport of the attendee (Must fulfill the below listed format requirements) and the first 4 characters or digits of the eligible identity document or passport number (e.g. A123), to facilitate identity verification by the organizer at entry, if necessary.
   

   姓名 - 必須符合下列輸入格式規定：
   1. 只限輸入英文全名（拉丁字母）（其他文字恕不接受，如：中文）
   2. 姓氏先行，然後輸入其他名字
   3. 名字之間須以空格隔開

5. 完成抽選登記後，恕無法取消、變更或重新登記任何已提交之登記，包括所有門票數量、種類或價格，敬請留意。
   Once registration for the lottery is completed, no cancellations, changes, or re-registrations of any submitted registration (including ticket quantity, type, or price) will be permitted. Please take note.
   
   
6. 若有冒用他人資料登記者，主辦和售票單位有權取消該登記訂單和抽選資格。請注意個人資料保護，請勿洩露給他人或代購業者，以免權益受損。
   If any person registers using another person's information without authorization, the organizers and ticketing agent reserve the right to cancel that registration order and lottery eligibility. Please protect your personal information and do not disclose it to others or to ticket purchasing agents to avoid loss of your rights.
   
   
7. 若有同行者共同參與活動，請於同一筆訂單完成登記，分次登記可導致單獨中選。
   For attending together with a companion, please complete the registration in one order. Separate registrations may result in one successful order only.

中選通知 Lottery Result Notification：

1. 2026年11月13日（五）12:00後，中選者將陸續收到電郵通知。中選者請使用網頁版 KKTIX 登入會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢確認。若中選將會顯示「待繳費訂單」；未中選者，則不另行通知。
   After 12:00 on Friday, November 13, 2026, successful registrants will receive email notifications. Successful applicants should log in to their KKTIX web account and check the “Orders” section to confirm. Successful orders will display as “Pending Payment”; unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.
   
   
2. 入場序號將於演出開始前由系統自動編配，恕無法自行選擇和更換，具體公佈時間請留意票務平台的相關通知，或關注主辦單位（EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music）官方SNS。
   Selected entrants’ serial numbers will be automatically assigned by the system before the performance begins. Queuing number cannot be selected or changed by the registrant. For the exact announcement time, please watch for relevant notices from the ticketing platform or follow the official social media of the  organizers (EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music).
   

付款方式 Payment Method：

1. 確認中選後請於繳費期間，至「訂單」確認訂單資訊無誤後再繳費。
   After confirming you have been selected, please check the order details in "Orders" during the payment period and proceed with payment only after confirming that all information is correct.
   
   
2. 付款方式：信用卡(VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay / American Express)、Alipay、Wechat Pay。
   ► 付款：
   ・訂單付款狀態顯示為「已付款」表示付款成功。
   ・訂單付款狀態顯示為「待繳費」，請在訂單右方的付款方式欄位選擇「立即付款」，若未收到您的銀行回傳付款狀態，可於繳費期間內重新整理訂單頁面再次繳費，若超過繳費時間尚未付款，將自動視為放棄購買，票券將會釋放回系統。

入場實名驗證 Entry Real-Name Verification

※ 是次演出入場時或會進行身份核實。

1. 港澳及內地參加者入場時請攜帶可證明本人之身份證件正本（港澳參加者僅限身份證、內地參加者僅限來往港澳通行證），且證件上需有可辨識為本人之照片，與電子票券上姓名及證件號碼核對皆正確後方可入場。港澳及內地參加者除身份證件姓名包含特殊字體無法在系統輸入者可接受護照核對姓名及身份證字號外，其餘港澳及內地參加者不得使用護照核對入場。
   Participants from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China must bring the original copy of their valid identification document (ID card for Hong Kong / Macau participants; Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau for Mainland China participants) that can prove their identity, with a recognizable photo of themselves. Entry will only be granted after the name and ID number on the e-ticket are verified to match the document. Passports will not be accepted for entry verification for Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China participants, with the sole exception of individuals whose names contain special characters that cannot be entered into the system; in such cases, a passport may be used to verify the name along with their ID number.
   
   
2. 經海外入境香港的參加者入場時請攜帶可證明本人之身份證件正本（僅限護照），且證件上需有可辨識為本人之照片，與電子票券上姓名及證件號碼核對皆正確後方可入場。經海外入境香港的參加者入場核對護照資料，僅限核對與登記資料相同之護照正本，恕不接受因護照更換等理由使用新護照核對入場。
   Participants arriving in Hong Kong from overseas must bring the original copy of their valid identity document (passport only) that can prove their identity, with a recognizable photo of themselves. Entry will only be granted after the name and passport number on the e-ticket are verified to match the document. For entry verification, overseas participants will only be checked against the same passport original used for registration. Verification using a new passport due to passport renewal or other reasons will not be accepted.
   
   
3. 若經現場工作人員判定證件上照片與本人長相落差太大，則可能會有不能入場的狀況發生，建議攜帶有近期照片之證件。未攜帶「實體」身份證件恕無法入場。不接受出示任何影本、截圖、亦或是網路銀行登入畫面、學生證等其他非主辦規定之證件。若參加者無法出示證件正本，將視為放棄入場權益，不得退款或變更。
   If on-site staff determine that the photo on the identification document does not closely resemble the participant's appearance, entry may be denied. It is recommended to bring an ID document with a recent photo. Participants without a physical original ID document will not be admitted. Copies, screenshots, or any other documents not specified by the organizers will not be accepted. If a participant cannot present the original ID document, they will be considered to have forfeited their right of entry, and no refund or change will be permitted.
   
   
4. 若參加者本人在演出入場驗票時，無法出示證件正本，或電子票券上的「證件姓名」、「證件號碼」與出示的證件不符，皆視為放棄入場權益，不得要求退款、變更或轉讓給他人。
   If, during ticket verification at the event, a participant cannot present the original ID document, or if the "ID Name" and "ID Number" on the e-ticket do not match the presented ID document, they will be considered to have forfeited their right of entry. No refund, change, or transfer to another person will be allowed.
   
   
5. 參加者姓名包含生僻字、特殊字而無法於電子票券上顯示或是出現問號，可由現場工作人員判斷，確認無誤後即可入場。
   If a participant's name contains rare or special characters, making it impossible to show on the e-ticket or causing question marks to appear, on-site staff will use their discretion and allow entry after confirmation.
   
   
6. 演唱會票券為個人使用，實名制票券不得轉讓第三方人士。
   Concert tickets are for personal use only. Real-name tickets may not be transferred to third parties.

 

動態QR Code須知 Dynamic QR Code Notice

1. 此活動須使用動態 QR Code 入場。
   Dynamic QR code is required for the admission of this event.
    
2. 購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式，入場時使用應用程式出示動態QR Code。
   Ticket holders are required to download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play and present the dynamic QR code in the app for entry.
    
3. 請勿將電子門票 QR Code 截圖。動態 QR Code 將定時不斷更新，任何螢幕截圖或列印本 QR Code 均無法有效入場。
   Do not take a screenshot of the QR code on the e-ticket. The dynamic QR code will be updating regularly, and any screenshot or printout of the QR code will not be valid for entry.
   
   
4. 此活動的電子門票轉讓功能將於 2026年12月27日 上午11時起 提供。電子門票轉讓僅限轉讓予已提供實名資料及購買活動門票之觀眾，以便入場，並非轉售。進行轉讓時，入場觀眾的身份證明資料不得更改。
   The e-ticket transfer function for this event will be available from 11:00AM on 27 December 2026. Transfer of electronic tickets is limited to attendees that have already provided real-name registration information and purchased event tickets; it is for entry purposes only and is not a resale. When making a transfer, the identity information of the attendee must not be changed.

 

場地公告 Venue Notice

入場安排 - 企位觀眾

• 場館鼓勵觀眾盡量避免攜帶手提袋/背包入場。沒有手提袋/背包的觀眾，可經特快通道進入場館（如適用）。
• 所有觀眾進場前，須進行金屬探測器的安檢程序（如適用）。
• 所有企位觀眾須佩戴保安檢測手帶，以助場館監察人流及應對緊急情況（如適用）。
• 一經掃描門票進場後，如需離開則不得再次進入主場館。
•  企位觀眾須按照門票上所列的序號，依次序排隊進場。
  ※ 有關序號將於演出開始前由系統自動編配，具體公佈時間請留意票務平台的相關通知，或關注主辦方的SNS專頁。

於亞博館範圍內使用輪椅及電動輪椅時，須符合以下規定：

• 輪椅座位門票只適用於須依賴輪椅移動的人士及其看顧人使用。每位輪椅人士在購買輪椅座位門票時，可同時購買一張看顧人門票。入場時如亞博館管理有限公司工作人員要求查證，持有輪椅座位門票的人士必須出示行動不便的證明*。任何非輪椅使用者或非陪同輪椅使用者的任何人士持輪椅座位門票或看顧人門票入場，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司有權拒絕該人士及其同行者入場，並且不會安排退款。如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構保留最終決定權。
  *行動不便的證明指「殘疾人士登記證」（肢體傷殘類別）或其他有效的醫生證明文件以顯示行動不便。
  
• 若持票人士所持門票之相應座位未能符合持票人士對個別座位需求或進出需求，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及活動主辦機構有權拒絕持票人進入場地並且不會作出任何退款。
• 持票的輪椅人士若需要場館職員協助入座，請在節目前致電亞洲國際博覽館（+852-3606 8000）以便預先安排。亦請輪椅人士提早到達演出場地，以便場館職員安排順利入座。

亞洲國際博覽館 重要啟示

• 表演場內不准進行未獲授權的攝影、錄影及錄音。觀眾進入場館前，須接受手提袋/背包檢查。38 X 30 X 20 厘米（15 X 12 X 8吋）以上物品、所有專業相機、攝錄及錄音器材及矮凳/可折疊式座椅均禁止帶進表演場內。不准攜帶長傘進入演唱會。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於行李寄存服務櫃位或地下的自助儲物箱。
• 活動門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。任何損毀、污損、經過塗改、殘缺不全或複印之門票，一概將不受理。
• 所有門票均不設退款或作任何轉讓。每票只限一人，並須按照主辦機構設定的觀眾年齡限制。任何情況下，遺失的企位或不設劃位門票均不獲補發。
• 基於安全理由，場館範圍內不准攜帶「自拍桿」。
• 企位觀眾年齡限制：12 歲或以上；以及身高限制：140 厘米或以上。
• 亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁吸煙。
• 不准攜帶外來食品及飲品進入亞洲國際博覽館。
• 嚴禁攜帶玻璃樽、任何比空氣輕的充氣物體，不論其物料（如：氣球）、任何危險品、武器、噴霧類或利器等物品進入表演場內。
• 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁攜帶及使用違禁藥物。
• 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁售賣或派發未獲授權的商品或其他物品。
• 不准站於座椅上。
• 不准於樓梯及公眾走廊停留。
• 嚴禁攜帶及發放煙花、煙火、或使用激光儀器。
• 不准攜帶及使用任何遙控飛行設備或玩具（如：模型直升機、無人駕駛飛機）。
• 演出可能會有強光、閃光或煙霧效果，如觀眾感到不適或需要協助，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員。
• 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用或轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業用途，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構將保留取消該門票之決定權。
• 遲到者或被安排於適當時候方可進場，惟不能保證遲到者之進場權利。
• 除獲亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司所發出之書面同意的導盲犬外，所有人士均不得攜帶任何動物進入場館。
• 持票人士使用門票時將被視為同意遵守及接受亞洲國際博覽館、主辦機構及其官方票務之可適用條款及細則。各項條款及細則將不時修改而不作另行通知。

補充注意事項：

嚴禁在活動期間作出任何可能對其他觀眾造成困擾、危害其他觀眾安全、阻礙或妨礙表演者演出，以及影響演出或活動進行的行為，包括但不限於：

• 無視活動會場工作人員的指示、奔跑、推撞周圍觀眾或工作人員等。
• 撞擊、毆打、推撞、恐嚇其他觀眾或工作人員等行為。
• 飲酒後參加活動，或在活動期間飲酒、吸煙。
• 觀演區域內使用手提電話。
• 攜帶相機、攝錄機、IC錄音機等錄音錄影設備（以下簡稱「錄音錄影設備」）。如在入場時的隨身物品檢查或會場內發現攜帶錄音錄影設備，工作人員會指示觀眾自行到會場服務台付費寄存。
• 攜帶工作人員判斷為危險的物品，例如可能被用作武器的物品（如錘子、長度超過30厘米的物品）、高度易燃物品、新鮮食品（指未經加工的食品，不包括允許攜帶的飲品）等。如工作人員於入場時的隨身物品檢查或會場內發現此等物品，將會要求當場自行丟棄；如無法配合，工作人員將有權拒絕入場或要求中途離場。
• 攜帶非市售、改裝的螢光棒或手燈、長度超過30厘米的螢光棒或手燈、市售螢光棒或手燈中光線亮度明顯過高的物品、串聯式手燈、引導燈或其他照明器具。如工作人員於入場時的隨身物品檢查或會場內發現此等物品，將被要求當場自行丟棄；如無法配合，工作人員將有權拒絕入場或要求中途離場。
• 以可能妨礙其他觀眾的方式使用市售的螢光棒或手燈，例如胡亂揮舞、投擲、含在口中、單手持4支以上、持續閃爍光線、在頭頂持續旋轉等。
• 將扇面直徑為30厘米以上的扇子或資訊板（不含手柄部分）舉到胸部以上的高度，或類似胡亂揮舞等可能對其他觀眾造成困擾的使用方式。
• 將公仔、玩具等非預定在活動中使用的小型物品舉到胸部以上的高度，或類似胡亂揮舞等可能對其他觀眾造成困擾的使用方式。
• 攀爬座位或欄杆、從座位或欄杆上跳下。
• 作出妨礙活動進行的喧嘩行為，包括大聲吼叫、發出奇怪叫聲等。例如：俗稱「家虎」「MIX」「World Chaos」等行為。
• 作出妨礙活動進行的過激動作，包括製造巨大聲響、揮舞手臂、過度跳躍等。例如：俗稱「宅藝」等行為。
• 衝撞、撲倒、騎肩膀、向某一方向擠壓他人等行為。
• 攜帶旗幟、橫額、發出聲響的應援物品。如工作人員於入場時的隨身物品檢查或會場內發現此等物品，將被要求當場自行丟棄；如無法配合，工作人員將有權拒絕入場或要求中途離場。
• 使用非正規途徑取得的門票入場。
• 其他不遵守現場工作人員等指示的行為。

 

Admission Arrangement - Standing Zone

• Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks (if applicable).
• All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).
• All audiences are required to wear a security wristband for crowd control and contingency management (if applicable).
• Re-entry is not permitted after scanning your ticket and exiting the ARENA.
• Standing ticket holders must enter the venue in numerical order according to the numbers printed on their tickets.
  ※ Entry numbers will be automatically assigned by the system before the performance begins. Please refer to the relevant notifications from the ticketing platform or follow the organiser’s social media accounts for the announcement time.
  [Details: The entry time on the day will be announced prior to the event. For detailed admission information, please keep an eye on the official social media channels of the organizers（EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music）.
  Once entry has commenced for a designated standing area, the entry numbers of ticket holders who arrive after entry has begun will no longer be valid. These ticket holders may only enter after all ticket holders with the original entry numbers for the corresponding standing area have entered the venue.
  The arrangement above will be subject to change based on the actual situation. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Ltd. reserves the right to amend the arrangement without prior notice.]
  

The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

• Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission.  AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  * Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse entry if the ticket purchased is not fitted for the ticket holder’s specific seating requirements or accessibility needs, and there shall be no refund whatsoever.
• Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8000) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.

Entry Real-Name Verification

※ Identity verification may be carried out upon entry to this performance.

• Participants from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China must bring the original copy of their valid identification document (ID card for Hong Kong / Macau participants; Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau for Mainland China participants) that can prove their identity, with a recognizable photo of themselves. Entry will only be granted after the name and ID number on the e-ticket are verified to match the document. Passports will not be accepted for entry verification for Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China participants, with the sole exception of individuals whose names contain special characters that cannot be entered into the system; in such cases, a passport may be used to verify the name along with their ID number.
• Participants arriving in Hong Kong from overseas must bring the original copy of their valid identity document (passport only) that can prove their identity, with a recognizable photo of themselves. Entry will only be granted after the name and passport number on the e-ticket are verified to match the document. For entry verification, overseas participants will only be checked against the same passport original used for registration. Verification using a new passport due to passport renewal or other reasons will not be accepted.
• If on-site staff determine that the photo on the identification document does not closely resemble the participant's appearance, entry may be denied. It is recommended to bring an ID document with a recent photo. Participants without a physical original ID document will not be admitted. Copies, screenshots, or any other documents not specified by the organizers will not be accepted. If a participant cannot present the original ID document, they will be considered to have forfeited their right of entry, and no refund or change will be permitted.
• If, during ticket verification at the event, a participant cannot present the original ID document, or if the "ID Name" and "ID Number" on the e-ticket do not match the presented ID document, they will be considered to have forfeited their right of entry. No refund, change, or transfer to another person will be allowed.
• If a participant's name contains rare or special characters, making it impossible to show on the e-ticket or causing question marks to appear, on-site staff will use their discretion and allow entry after confirmation.
• Concert tickets are for personal use only. Real-name tickets may not be transferred to third parties.

AsiaWorld-Expo Important Notice

• Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
• All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
• All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser.  Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
• For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Age limit for Standing event: 12 or above AND Height limit: 140cm or above.
• Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
• Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No standing on chairs.
• No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
• Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
• No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
• Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
• Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
• No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
• The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
• If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

Additonal notes:

The Company strictly prohibits any actions during the Event that may cause trouble to other guests, pose a risk of harm to other guests, obstruct or interfere with the performance of the appearing artists, or hinder the progress or production of the Event, including but not limited to:

• Ignoring the guidance of Event venue staff, running, pushing aside other guests or staff, etc.
• Acts such as shoving, hitting, pushing, or threatening other guests or staff.
  
• Attending the Event while intoxicated, or consuming alcoholic drinks or smoking during the Event.
• Use of mobile phones in the audience area.
  
• Bringing in recording devices such as cameras, video cameras, or IC recorders (hereinafter simply referred to as "Recording Devices"). If Recording Devices are found during the baggage check at the entrance or inside the venue, the staff will instruct guests to store them at their own expense at the venue service counter.
  
• Bringing in items that staff deem dangerous, such as those that could be used as weapons (e.g., hammers, items longer than 30 cm), highly flammable materials, or raw food (referring to uncooked food, not including permitted beverages). If these items are found by staff during the baggage check at the entrance or inside the venue, guests will be required to dispose of them immediately themselves. If disposal is refused, entry will be denied, or guests will be asked to leave the Event.
  
• Bringing in non-commercially available or modified glow sticks or penlights, those longer than 30 cm, commercially available glow sticks or penlights with extremely high brightness, connected penlights, guide lights, or other lighting equipment. If these items are found by staff during the baggage check at the entrance or inside the venue, guests will be required to dispose of them immediately themselves. If disposal is refused, entry will be denied, or guests will be asked to leave the Event.
  
• Using commercially available glow sticks or light sticks in a manner that may obstruct or disturb other audience members, such as swinging them violently, throwing them, holding them in the mouth, holding four or more in one hand, repeatedly flashing the light, or persistently spinning them above the head.
  
• Holding a fan or message board with a face diameter of 30 cm or more (excluding the handle) above chest level, or using them in a way that may disturb other guests, such as swinging them.
  
• Holding goods such as stuffed animals or toys not intended for use during the Event above chest level, or using them in a way that may disturb other guests, such as swinging them.
  
• Climbing on seats or railings, or jumping down from seats or railings.
• Shouting or making disruptive noises that interfere with the Event, including loud shouting or unusual screams, such as actions known as "tiger calls," "MIX," and "World Chaos."
  
• Making loud noises, flailing arms, or excessive jumping that interferes with the Event, such as wotagei.
  
• Moshing, tackling, crowd surfing (shouldering), or pushing people in a particular direction.
  
• Bringing in flags, banners, or noisemakers (cheering goods that make sound). If these items are found by staff during the baggage check at the entrance or inside the venue, guests will be required to dispose of them immediately themselves. If disposal is refused, entry will be denied, or guests will be asked to leave the Event.
  
• Entering with a ticket acquired through unauthorized means.
  
• Any other failure to comply with instructions from the Company or the staff.
  
  

購票方式說明 How To Buy Tickets

1. 本活動採用動態 QR Code 電子門票。成功購買門票後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX 應用程式查看到電子門票 QR Code。購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式，入場時使用應用程式出示動態 QR Code。
   Dynamic QR code e-ticket will be issued for this event. E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App upon successful purchase. Ticket holders are required to download the KKTIX App on the App Store / Google Play and present the dynamic QR code in the app for entry.
2. 門票限以 KKTIX 會員購買。請購票人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行購票流程。接收不到電話驗證碼短訊怎麼辦？請點我。
   To purchase tickets, you must become a KKTIX member. Please sign up as a member for free and verify your email address and phone number at your earliest convenience. Unable to receive the phone number verification code? Please read me.
3. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
   The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
4. 每位 KKTIX 會員及每張信用卡最多每場演出可購買 2 張門票。訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
   Each KKTIX member and each payment card can purchase up to 2 tickets per performance. No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
5. 每張門票需要收取 HK$12 KKTIX 平台服務費。所有已繳付的服務費或任何手續費於任何情況下均不獲退還。
   KKTIX booking fee of HK$12 will be charged for each ticket. All booking fees or any handling fees charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. 此活動為全場企位：企位區門票設有排隊序號，請根據現場工作人員安排入場。具體公佈時間請留意票務平台的相關通知，或關注主辦單位（EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music）官方SNS。
   This is an all standing event. Queuing number will be allocated to each ticket for standing zones, please follow the admission arrangement announced by the organizer and follow the instructions of venue staff. For the exact announcement time, please watch for relevant notices from the ticketing platform or follow the official social media of the organizers (EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music).
7. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelivered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.
8. KKTIX 系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可購買的門票。

2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之渠道、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。
   To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
3. 企位觀眾年齡限制：12 歲或以上；以及身高限制：140 厘米或以上。
   Age limit for Standing event: 12 or above AND Height limit: 140cm or above.
4. 每人限用一個身分證明文件號碼並持一張門票驗票入場。不應重複為同一人士購票。如有多張門票填入相同觀眾資料，只能擇一票券進場。
   Each ticket admits one person with one identity document number only. No duplicate tickets should be purchased for the same person. If there are multiple tickets with the information of the same attendee, only one ticket is allowed to be used for admission.
5. 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
   No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.
6. 請勿將訂單資料或 QR Code 任意公開或將門票轉讓至第三方。
   Please do not publicize your order details or the QR Code, or transfer the ticket to any third party.
7. 此活動實行實名購票和入場制度，觀眾入場時需要提供身份證明文件以核實身份。門票登記資料不設任何更改，購票時須檢查清楚登記資料；如購票後無法出席，請閣下承擔相關風險。 如門票上的姓名跟身份證明文件不符，工作人員將拒絕持票人進場。
   Real-name ticket purchase and admission will be implemented for this event. Registration information on the ticket cannot be modified, please check the submitted information clearly upon ticket purchase; you may need to bear the relevant risks if you cannot attend the event after ticket purchase. Audiences will need to present their identity documents for verification when entering. If the name on the ticket does not match the identity document, entry of the ticketholder will be refused.
8. 身分證明文件件須為政府發出有照片之有效證件正本，且證件照片須可辨識為持證者本人。必須出示實體證件正本，不接受任何截圖或照片。
   Identity document must be valid, issued by government and with a personal photo. The photo must clearly identify the holder. Only the actual and physical identity document will be accepted; screenshots or photos are not permitted.
9. 只限12歲或以上觀眾入場，不論年齡，一人一票、憑票入場。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管好購買之門票。
   Only audience members aged 12 or above are permitted to enter. Each ticket admits one person only regardless of age. No reissue of any ticket lost or damaged. Please keep your ticket safe.
10. 持票者須使用 KKTIX 應用程式出示門票入場。入場前請確保手提電話已連接網絡，以便開啟應用程式內的門票。
    Ticket holders are required to present their e-ticket in the KKTIX App for entry. Mobile devices should be connected to the internet prior to the admission for accessing the ticket in the app.
11. 請勿將電子門票 QR Code 截圖。動態 QR Code 將定時不斷更新，任何螢幕截圖或列印本 QR Code 均無效。
    Do not take a screenshot of the QR code on the e-ticket. The dynamic QR code will be updating regularly, and any screenshot or printout of the QR code will not be valid for entry.
12. 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，KKTIX 保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。
    If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, KKTIX reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction.
13. 持票者必須遵守主辦單位及場館的所有規定。如有干擾活動進行之行為，可被拒進場並不獲退款。
    Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, they could be rejected for entry without a refund.
14. 相關規定以主辦單位（EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK、Neon Lit Music）官方SNS、BanG Dream! 官方SNS及現場公告為主，主辦單位保留活動解釋、修改、終止相關內容之權力。
    The relevant regulations are subject to the official social media accounts of the organisers (EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music), the official SNS channels of BanG Dream!, and on‑site announcements. The organisers reserve the right to add additional shows, modify, terminate, or change the content of this event.
15. 活動當日或會進行拍攝及錄影，場內觀眾亦有機會被攝入鏡頭。相關影像及照片或會於日後公開，敬請知悉。
    Photography and video recording may take place during the event. Please be aware that audience members may appear in the footage and photographs, which may be released publicly at a later date.
16. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位及 KKTIX 保留一切最終決定權。
    In case of any disputes, the decisions of the organizer and KKTIX shall be final.
17. 若演出因不可抗力因素，或主辦單位無法控制的其他原因而取消、延期或作出任何變更，主辦單位（EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK、Neon Lit Music、BanG Dream!）恕不負責，亦不會作出任何賠償、補償、報銷或退還。
    If the performance is cancelled, postponed, or subject to any changes due to force majeure or other causes beyond the Organisers’ control,  the Organisers (EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music, BanG Dream!) shall not be responsible and shall not provide any compensation, reimbursement, refund, or repayment.
