購票方式說明
- 本活動採用動態 QR Code 電子門票。成功購買門票後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX 應用程式查看到電子門票 QR Code。購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式。
- 門票限以 KKTIX 會員購買。請購票人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行購票流程。接收不到電話驗證碼短訊怎麼辦？請點我。
- 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您在註冊會員或結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用 Yahoo 或 Hotmail 郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到「訂單成立通知信」。
- 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。

The wait is over! Japan’s trailblazing rock band King Gnu is finally coming to Hong Kong for the very first time. On May 29 & 30, 2026, they bring the “King Gnu CEN+RAL Tour 2026” – the largest tour in the band’s history – to AsiaWorld‑Arena.
Comprising Daiki Tsuneta, Yu Seki, Kazuki Arai, and Satoru Iguchi, King Gnu will mark their historic Hong Kong debut with a spectacular Center Stage setup. This unique layout places the band in the middle of the arena, giving fans a 360‑degree panoramic view of their explosive performance and the one‑of‑a‑kind world they’ve created.

※ Each member may submit one ballot registration for each performance date. Members who have won the ballot may purchase up to two tickets per performance date (for example, a member may register for a maximum of two tickets for the 29 May performance and also register for a maximum of two tickets for the 30 May performance. Should the member won the members’ ballot for both performances, they may purchase a maximum of four tickets). Please note that multiple registrations will not increase the chances of being selected.
※ After completing the registration, you will not be able to cancel or amend any of the information submitted, including but not limited to the number of tickets and the type of tickets you would like to purchase. You will not be able to combine different registration data. Please make sure that all information is correct before submitting the form.

DON’T SCREENSHOOT / PRINT OUT THE QR CODE - The dynamic QR code on the ticket will display a countdown timer and will be updated regularly. Any screenshots or printed copies of this QR code will not be accepted for entry.

Ticket transfer for this event will be available 1 day prior to the event. If you’d like to transfer tickets to friends or family, make sure to complete the transfer in the KKTIX App before the show date to avoid possible network congestion at the venue. If you’re attending with the ticket holder, you can use the same device to present multiple tickets for entry.
How To Buy Tickets
- Dynamic QR code e-ticket will be issued for this event. E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App upon successful purchase. Ticket holders are required to download the KKTIX App before the event on the App Store / Google Play.
- To purchase tickets, you must become a KKTIX member. Please sign up as a member for free and verify your email address and phone number at your earliest convenience. Unable to receive the phone number verification code? Please read me.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. To avoid the failure of receiving the order confirmation email, KKTIX does NOT suggest using Yahoo or Hotmail email for registration.
- The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
- No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
- KKTIX booking fee of HK$12 will be charged for each ticket. All booking fees (or any other handling fees) charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- This event only accepts VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay credit cards.
- Standing and seating zones are available for this event. Queuing number will be allocated to each ticket for standing zones, please follow the admission arrangements at the venue.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.
- KKTIX will release the tickets accordingly from the uncompleted orders by customers who do not finish the payment within the time limit. Customers can check the availability of tickets by visiting our website.
Terms & Conditions
- Please pay attention to all terms and conditions. You agree to all terms and conditions if you complete your order.
- To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
- No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.
- Each ticket admits one person only. No reissue of any ticket lost or damaged. Please keep your QR Code / e-ticket safe.
- Age limit for Standing zone: 12 or above and Height limit: 140 cm or above.
- The e-ticket transfer function for this event will be available 1 day prior to the event.
- The tickets for this event are bearer tickets. Please do not publicize the QR Code on your ticket to avoid any unauthorized admission.
- Ticket holders are required to present their e-ticket in the KKTIX App for entry. Mobile devices should be connected to the internet prior to the admission for accessing the ticket in the app.
- Do not take a screenshot of the QR code on the e-ticket. The dynamic QR code will be updating regularly, and any screenshot or printout of the QR code will not be valid for entry.
- If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, KKTIX reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction.
- You must follow all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, the organizer reserves the right to ask them to leave the venue.
- The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
- In case of any disputes, the decisions of the organizer and KKTIX shall be final.

QRコードのスクリーンショットや印刷は禁止です - チケットに表示されるダイナミックQRコードにはカウントダウンタイマーが表示され、定期的に更新されます。スクリーンショットや印刷されたQRコードでは入場できません。

本イベントのチケット譲渡は、公演日の1日前から利用可能になります。 友人や家族にチケットを譲渡したい場合は、会場でのネットワーク混雑を避けるため、公演日前にKKTIXアプリ内で譲渡手続きを完了させてください。チケット購入者と一緒に来場される場合は、1台のデバイスで複数のチケットを提示して入場することも可能です。
チケット購入方法
- 本公演では動的QRコード電子チケットが発行されます。購入後、KKTIXアプリで確認できます。香港以外の居住者は、イベント前に居住地域にてApp Store／Google PlayにてKKTIXアプリをダウンロードしてから、ご来場ください。
- チケットを購入するにはKKTIX会員になる必要があります。できるだけ早い段階で無料の会員登録を済ませ、メールアドレスと電話番号を認証してください。電話番号認証コードを受信できない場合は、「Read me（こちら）」をご覧ください。
- 注文確認メールが登録メールアドレスに送信されます。確認メールを受信できない場合に備え、KKTIXはYahooまたはHotmailの使用を推奨していません。
- 電子チケットのQRコードは公式入場券と同等です。1つのQRコードは1名のみ使用できます。購入枚数に応じた数のQRコードが発行されます。
- 注文が確定すると、変更・取消・返品・返金はできません。
- チケット１枚につきHK$12のKKTIX手数料がかかります。すべての手数料は返金されません。
- 本公演ではVISA／Mastercard／UnionPayクレジットカードのみ使用できます。
- 本イベントではスタンディング席と着席席をご用意しております。スタンディング席チケットには入場順番号が割り当てられますので、会場の入場案内に従ってください。
- 正常に購入が成立すると注文確認メールが届きます。この注文確認メールはあくまで通知であり、注文確認メールが届かない場合は様々な原因が考えられます。注文確認メールが届かないことが、ご購入不成立を意味するものではありません。「Your Billing List (あなたの支払いリスト)」で注文内容を確認してください。ここでご注文が表示されない、またはキャンセル通知を受け取った場合は取引失敗を意味します。この場合はもう一度注文してください。支払い作業中に失敗した場合は、指定時間内に再試行してください。
- 支払期限内に支払いが完了しなかった注文のチケットは、他の方のご購入に割り当てられます。
利用規約
- 必ずこの利用規約全文をご確認ください。注文を完了すると、すべての規約に同意したものとみなされます。
- ご自身の権利保護のため、KKTIXが承認していない非公式の販売チケットプラットフォームやチャネルでの購入はお控えください。トラブルや詐欺が発生する可能性があります。主催者およびKKTIXはそのようなチケットによる入場あるいはその他問題に関するに責任を負いません。
- チケット購入後の返品・交換・返金は不可です。
- チケットは1枚につき1名のみ有効です。紛失・破損したチケットの再発行はありません。QRコード／電子チケットは大切に保管してください。
- スタンディングエリアは12歳以上・かつ身長140cm以上の方が対象です。シーティングエリアは3歳以上の方が対象です。
- 本イベントの電子チケット振替機能はイベント開催日1日前からご利用いただけます。
- 本公演のチケットは譲渡禁止です。無断入場を避けるため、QRコードの公開はお控えください。
- 入場にはKKTIXアプリで電子チケットを提示する必要があります。入場前に端末がインターネットに接続されていることを確認してください。
- 電子チケットのQRコードのスクリーンショットや印刷物では入場できません。動的QRコードは定期的に更新されます。
- 不正取引、転売（例：自動ツール、マクロ、悪意ある、あるいは承認されていないソフトウェア、ブラウザ等の使用）、上限を超えた購入、違法行為が確認された場合、KKTIXは入場資格を取消し、法的措置を取る権利を有します。支払済みの料金（手数料含む）は返金されません。
- 主催者および会場の規則に従ってください。妨害行為があれば退場を求められる場合があります。
- 必要に応じて主催者は公演内容を変更・中止する権利を有します。
- 紛争が発生した場合は、主催者およびKKTIXの判断が最終となります。
