• 如持有【輪椅人仕】 及【輪椅人仕及看顧人】服務組合，入場時須提供「殘疾人士登記證」(肢體傷殘類別) ，如無法提供任何證明或非使用輪椅進場，KKBOX 有權拒絕該人士及其同行者入場，並且不會安排退款。

動態QR Code須知

1. 此活動須使用動態 QR Code 入場。
   Dynamic QR code is required for the admission of this event.
    
2. 購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式，入場時使用應用程式出示動態QR Code。
   Ticket holders are required to download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play and present the dynamic QR code in the app for entry.
    
3. 請勿將電子門票 QR Code 截圖。動態 QR Code 將定時不斷更新，任何螢幕截圖或列印本 QR Code 均無法有效入場。
   Do not take a screenshot of the QR code on the e-ticket. The dynamic QR code will be updating regularly, and any screenshot or printout of the QR code will not be valid for entry.
    
4. 如需轉讓門票給親友，敬請預早於 KKTIX 應用程式內轉讓門票，避免現場可能出現的網絡擠塞。如與購票者同行則可使用同一裝置出示多張門票進場。
   For transferring tickets to friends or family members, please complete transferring the ticket within the KKTIX App in advance to avoid possible network congestion at the show. If attending together with the ticket holder, you can use the same device to present multiple tickets for entry.
    
5. 此活動的電子門票轉讓功能將於活動7天前提供。
   The e-ticket transfer function for this event will be available 7 days prior to the event.

 

入場安排及場地公告

入場安排 - 座位觀眾

• 場館鼓勵觀眾盡量避免攜帶手提袋/背包入場。沒有手提袋/背包的觀眾，可經特快通道進入場館（如適用）。
• 所有觀眾進場前，須進行金屬探測器的安檢程序（如適用）。
• 如需再次進場，請向保安人員出示入場證明和當天演唱會門票正本，以茲識別。觀眾必須同時持有所提及的證明方可再次入場。亞洲國際博覽館有權增刪及更換該權利。

於亞博館範圍內使用輪椅及電動輪椅時，須符合以下規定：

• 輪椅座位門票只適用於須依賴輪椅移動的人士及其看顧人使用。每位輪椅人士在購買輪椅座位門票時，可同時購買一張看顧人門票。入場時如亞博館管理有限公司工作人員要求查證，持有輪椅座位門票的人士必須出示行動不便的證明*。任何非輪椅使用者或非陪同輪椅使用者的任何人士持輪椅座位門票或看顧人門票入場，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司有權拒絕該人士及其同行者入場，並且不會安排退款。如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構保留最終決定權。
  *行動不便的證明指「殘疾人士登記證」（肢體傷殘類別）或其他有效的醫生證明文件以顯示行動不便。
• 持票的輪椅人士若需要場館職員協助入座，請在節目前致電亞洲國際博覽館（+852-3606 8000）以便預先安排。亦請輪椅人士提早到達演出場地，以便場館職員安排順利入座。

亞洲國際博覽館 重要啟示

• 表演場內不准進行未獲授權的攝影、錄影及錄音。觀眾進入場館前，須接受手提袋/背包檢查。38 X 30 X 20 厘米（15 X 12 X 8吋）以上物品、所有專業相機、攝錄及錄音器材及矮凳/可折疊式座椅均禁止帶進表演場內。不准攜帶長傘進入演唱會。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於行李寄存服務櫃位或地下的自助儲物箱。
• 活動門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。任何損毀、污損、經過塗改、殘缺不全或複印之門票，一概將不受理。
• 所有門票均不設退款或作任何轉讓。每票只限一人，並須按照主辦機構設定的觀眾年齡限制。任何情況下，遺失的企位或不設劃位門票均不獲補發。
• 基於安全理由，場館範圍內不准攜帶「自拍桿」。
• 觀眾年齡限制：3歲以下孩童不得入場。年齡未滿16歲之人士須由家長或監護人陪同入場。
• 亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁吸煙。
• 不准攜帶外來食品及飲品進入亞洲國際博覽館。
• 嚴禁攜帶玻璃樽、任何比空氣輕的充氣物體，不論其物料（如：氣球）、任何危險品、武器、噴霧類或利器等物品進入表演場內。
• 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁攜帶及使用違禁藥物。
• 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁售賣或派發未獲授權的商品或其他物品。
• 不准站於座椅上。
• 不准於樓梯及公眾走廊停留。
• 嚴禁攜帶及發放煙花、煙火、或使用激光儀器。
• 不准攜帶及使用任何遙控飛行設備或玩具（如：模型直升機、無人駕駛飛機）。
• 演出可能會有強光、閃光或煙霧效果，如觀眾感到不適或需要協助，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員。
• 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用或轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業用途，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構將保留取消該門票之決定權。
• 遲到者或被安排於適當時候方可進場，惟不能保證遲到者之進場權利。
• 除獲亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司所發出之書面同意的導盲犬外，所有人士均不得攜帶任何動物進入場館。
• 持票人士使用門票時將被視為同意遵守及接受亞洲國際博覽館、主辦機構及其官方票務之可適用條款及細則。各項條款及細則將不時修改而不作另行通知。
• 亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司作為場地提供者不能保證參加者的視野在活動中完全不受任何阻礙。
• 如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構保留最終決定權。
• 如中、英文版本啟示有任何牴觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。

 

Admission Arrangement - Seating Zone

• Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks (if applicable).
• All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).
• For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket to our admission staff. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.

The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

• Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission.  AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  * Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.
• Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8000) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.

AsiaWorld-Expo Important Notice

• Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
• All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
• All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser.  Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
• For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Age limit for Audience: Children aged below 3 are not admitted. Persons aged below 16 must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
• Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
• Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No standing on chairs.
• No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
• Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
• No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
• Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
• Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
• No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
• The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
• If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

 

換領方式說明

1. 本門票組合採用全電子序號及動態 QR Code 電子門票。成功購買門票組合後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX 應用程式查看到電子門票 QR Code。購票者須前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX 應用程式，入場時使用應用程式出示動態 QR Code。
2. 門票組合限以 KKTIX 會員換領。請換領人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行換領流程。接收不到電話驗證碼短訊怎麼辦？請點我。
3. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您在註冊會員或結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用 Yahoo 或 Hotmail 郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到「訂單成立通知信」。
4. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下換領的是多個服務組合，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
5. 每位 KKTIX 會員及每張信用卡最多可換領 8 個門票組合。訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
6. 每個「門票組合」需加上行政費用 HK$28 及 KKTIX 平台服務費用 HK$12，費用將會跟「門票組合」價錢一起結算。
7. 本活動只接受 VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay 信用卡付款。
8. 門票組合及活動座位安排：領取門票組合的安排將稍後以電郵形式通知及於此活動頁面公布；活動提供「電腦劃位」，系統將自動配以選擇票價的最合適區域及相連座位。若當下已無相連座位，系統會分配符合選擇張數的不相連座位。
9. KKBOX 香港付費會員優先換領門票組合：只限 KKBOX 香港付費會員優先換領，如您仍未成為會員，請立即申請。換領前請確保已於 KKTIX 帳號設定 內連結您的 KK ID。成為 KKBOX 香港付費會員後或需重新登入 KKTIX 以更新會員資格。
10. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
11. KKBOX 60 日標準音質音樂服務儲值方法：如換領門票組合，每個門票組合均會附上相應的 KKBOX 服務計劃，換領的計劃序號將在完成付款後隨電郵發送，計劃序號適用於全新用戶、以單次型方案購買及信用卡月費形式付費之 KKBOX 用戶。請於2025年6月30日或之前到 https://tt.kkbox.com/ 完成儲值，逾期序號將會失效。序號不適用於家庭共享計劃、經iOS內購功能或經電訊公司付費或登記之帳號帳號。每個 KKBOX 用戶只可儲值一個序號，不可儲值多個序號。
12. KKTIX 系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票組合就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可換領的門票組合。

 

注意事項

1. 換領前請詳閱頁面公告及注意事項，一旦換領成功視為同意所有活動公告及注意事項。
2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之渠路、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。
3. 已換領門票組合恕不接受任何退票、退款。
4. 每個門票組合只限一人。當中的活動門票屬一人一票、憑票入場。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管好換領之門票。
5. 觀眾年齡限制：3歲以下孩童不得入場。年齡未滿16歲之人士須由家長或監護人陪同入場。場地工作人員有權查驗參加者的身份證明文件以驗證年齡，如未能通過驗證，場地工作人員有權拒絕其入場。
6. 此活動的電子門票轉讓功能將於活動7天前提供。
7. 門票為不記名，請勿將票券 QR Code 任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
8. 如發現換領門票組合時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，KKTIX 保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。
9. 持票者須使用 KKTIX 應用程式出示門票入場。入場前請確保手提電話已連接網絡，以便開啟應用程式內的門票。
10. 請勿將電子門票 QR Code 截圖。動態 QR Code 將定時不斷更新，任何螢幕截圖或列印本 QR Code 均無效。
11. 活動期間嚴禁使用任何器材攝影、錄影、錄音、直播或使用閃光燈。如經查獲，現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動的影音資料。
12. 現場嚴禁攜帶外來食物或飲料入場。
13. 請持票觀眾務必遵守主辦方及場館的各項規定。如有干擾活動進行之行為，主辦方有權請其離場。
14. 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。
15. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位及 KKTIX 保留最終決定權。
